The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, during the inauguration of Luis Gerardo Caldera as governor of the state of Zulia for the period 2025-2029, maintained that with the arrival of the Bolivarian and Chavista rulers, the doors of the government are opening for the people.
