Within the framework of the implementation of the Concrete Agendas of Action (ACA) 2030, the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro Moros, called for the transformation of governmental work styles, prioritizing direct contact with communities.

“The slogan: “less desk and more territory”, leads us to the construction of collective leadership and debate. Able to listen to criticism, conversing with society. We have to constantly renew our methods,” said the President during his participation in a meeting with governors and mayors of the Bolivarian Revolution.

During the Workshop on the 7 Transformations for Transformative Action, which took place this Friday at the Waraira Repano, in Caracas, the National President asked the new governors to work on organizing and designing plans that are timely, scientific and methodical, so that their application and/or execution guarantee social welfare.

“We have to build collective leadership for debate. We cannot build uncritical, abnormal leadership that cannot hear criticism. We have to build collective leadership of a social nature, in dialogue with society,” he stressed.

In this regard, he indicated that dialogue must also be renewed, because “we cannot always pretend to repeat the worn-out discourse and talk about the same thing”.
