INTT demarcates Maracaibo's main avenues

The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) began demarcation work on Las Delicias Avenue, from the intersection with Circunvalación 2 Avenue to the Maracaibo Passenger Terminal; and Cecilio Acosta Avenue, from the intersection with 3C Street to the University of Zulia, covering a total of 10.44 kilometers of road; in Maracaibo.

According to information issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, the project contemplates the application of continuous, discontinuous and diverging lines, the latter corresponding to horizontal signage that indicates the separation of channels and orients the driver in different directions.

He also added that 19,896 square meters will be painted, including porches, fenders, stops and school zones, with the purpose of reinforcing safe traffic in these high-flow road arteries.
