The Venezuelan cyclist, Jhonny Araujo (Trujillo Governorate) won the opening stage of the 60th edition of the Vuelta al Táchira by Bicicleta 2025 ahead of Enmanuel Viloria (Guacamaya Guacafruit); and Yonathan Miguel Eugenio (Trululu Grupo La Guacamaya), sports media reported.
Araujo prevailed after a decisive escape in the final kilometers, setting a time of 3 hours, 43 minutes and 52 seconds in the 151 kilometers of the circuit between San Cristóbal and Táriba
