The “atomic weapon” that the countries of the region have to defend themselves against the aggressions of the world's powers is unity in action to obtain concrete results, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
“We need to increase unity for action with concrete results. We must make progress in the union to be able to produce technology, science, food, knowledge and in this way continue to make the transcendental values of Latin American and Caribbean identity prevail,” said the Head of State during his participation in the XII Extraordinary Summit of ALBA-TCP.
In this regard, Maduro highlighted the need to promote concrete projects in all areas to relaunch the capacities of ALBA.
In this regard, the ALBA Bank highlighted that it is working on a proposal for the acquisition of ships and aircraft that will make it easier for the member countries of this block to transport products and cargo. “All within the framework of strengthening integration in transport issues,” he said.
He also highlighted the proposal to create an artificial intelligence center to advance everything related to scientific development.
“Whoever lags behind in technology will be doomed to slavery, because dependence in this area will lead them to become a slave,” he warned.
