Mexico announces displacement of tropical storm Delilah

A statement from Mexico's National Weather Service (SMN) details the shape of tropical storm Delilah in Mexican Pacific waters, which threatens the states of Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Jalisco and Colima with very heavy to heavy rains.
According to the report, over the next few hours, Delilah will move to the north-northwest at 17 km/h and could cause heavy rains (75 to 150 mm) in Michoacán, Guerrero and Oaxaca, and very heavy (50 to 75 mm) in Jalisco and Colima.
Experts also predict winds of 30 to 40 km/h with gusts of 50 to 70 on the coasts of Michoacán, Guerrero and Oaxaca, as well as 20 to 30 km/h and gusts of 40 to 60 on the coasts of Jalisco and Colima. Swells of 4.5 to 5.5 m high are also expected off the coasts of Guerrero and Oaxaca; 3.5 to 4.5 m in Michoacán, and 2.5 to 3.5 m in Jalisco and Colima, the Prensa Latina website reported.
