Minister Lotartaro calls on Venezuelan youth to actively participate in the 4th Popular Consultation

The Minister for Youth, Sergio Lotartaro called on Venezuelan youth to actively participate in the 4th National Popular Consultation, which will take place on November 23.

Since the march of the Community Youth in Caracas, Lotartaro stressed that the Bolivarian Revolution gives an opportunity to give voice to young people and to become a transformative force, *reaffirming that citizen participation is the engine of the national future”.

He highlighted that this generation plays a leading role in the more than 5 thousand communes across the country, thanks to the impetus given to youth by President Nicolás Maduro.

“Youth attend grassroots meetings, participate, propose projects and vote in the National Popular Consultation,” he said.
