The Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, reported that the Association of Artisans and Craftsmen of Venezuela manufactured more than 40,000 toys, with the support of the Ministry of Popular Power for Commerce, with the objective of providing Simonritos early education centers across the country.

Through his Telegram channel, he indicated that in total “there are 45,000 pieces with a remarkable diversity to provide those facilities that are the Simonritos, where the little ones are served”.

He also emphasized that this is an outreach policy that has been achieved through the Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland.

For his part, the Deputy Minister of Commerce, Hendrick Perdomo, stressed that this initiative deepens the cultural identity of being Venezuelan. At the same time, he indicated that this year public procurement has tripled and more artisans have been incorporated; as has also been seen in the improvement in the manufacture of toys.

To them, the artisans extended their gratitude for these policies implemented by President Nicolás Maduro, which helps them to realize their dreams of continuing to create and contribute to the Venezuelan cultural identity.
