Ministries sign agreement to strengthen sports policies in the university sector

The Minister of Popular Power for Sports, Arnaldo Sánchez, together with the Minister of University Education, Ricardo Sánchez, signed the agreement to strengthen training, training and updating policies in the field of sports in the university sector .

Through a press release, the ministerial portfolio reported that a meeting was held between the two ministries, in addition to the presence of the rector of the Universidad Deportiva del Sur (UDS), Jinny Suárez, and the Deputy Minister for Training and Innovation in Physical Activity and Sports, Karla Luna.

It details that this agreement was signed within the framework of the presentation of the “National Plan for Sports, Physical Activity, Physical Education and Recreation 2025-2036", where it indicates at one of its vertices that sports must be massed in all universities in the Venezuelan territory.
