Misión Cultura en Movimiento will celebrate Saint Anthony of Padua to the sound of Tamunangue

This coming Thursday, June 12, the Cultural Movement Mission will celebrate the eve of Saint Anthony of Padua to the sound of Tamunangue, starting at 12 noon, in the spaces of the National Dance Company Foundation (FCND).

According to information from the Ministry for Culture, the presentation will be given by the talented traditional and popular cast of the FCND, who, accompanied by master musicians, will perform the various sounds that make up this rich tradition.

Misión Cultura en Movimiento is deeply grateful to the National Dance Company Foundation for offering this valuable opportunity to the public to get up close and personal with El Tamunangue. This broadcast marks a pilot plan between Misión Cultura and the FCND, laying the foundations for future collaborations in the promotion and dissemination of our traditions.

This initiative aligns with the vertices of the Cultural Mission: vertex 3, Education for the cultures of Venezuela, by promoting knowledge and appreciation for our roots; and vertex 8, Culture in permanent communication, by using digital platforms to bring culture closer to all homes
