Monaguenses participate with great enthusiasm in the first Popular Consultation of 2025

Great enthusiasm and mass participation are the most common pattern in Social Networks referring to the state of Monagas and the National Popular Consultation of 2025, which will allow communities to choose 199 prioritized projects out of the 1,400 proposed projects.

This election holiday shows part of the total of the 920 civil servants of the citizen security bodies who are deployed in the 199 voting centers authorized throughout the state to ensure the security and peace of the voters.

Most of the proposals that are going to be elected this Sunday are in the areas of water, health, roads, electricity, education; which demonstrates the interest in improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Monaguense territory every day, with the joint work between Government and Popular Power.

It should be noted that these proposals chosen by vote will be financed by the Bolivarian Government and executed by members of community councils across the country.

During a tour of the parishes of the municipality of Maturín, it was possible to observe the massive participation of the people of Monaguense in the centers authorized for this electoral holiday.

Florencia Ruiz, president of the voting center installed at the “Libertador Simón Bolívar” Technical School, reported that voter participation was fluid and, above all, peaceful.
