The Minister of Popular Power for the Social Work Process, Eduardo Piñate, this Tuesday welcomed the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, in a new meeting with the country's working class with a balance sheet to announce that during the constituent process thousands of proposals were received that will strengthen the sector.
“More than 5 thousand proposals were first systematized and then synthesized and arrived here. Proposals in each, as you proposed to us, of the engines of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda. Productive proposals, sector by sector, which are contained in the proposals, even in documents that we have already been preparing and that we completed today, President,” he explained.
Piñate, at the Teresa Carreño Theater accompanied by workers from different productive sectors, announced that the National Promoting Commission of the Workers' Constituent Assembly also managed to elect 66,313 main spokespersons and the same number of alternate spokespersons, from October 23 to the present date.
“Those who are here, brother President, are an expression of workers' democracy, of grassroots democracy, of direct democracy. They were elected with the methods of the working class in grass-roots assemblies, in each of the entities,” he stressed before the national president.
In absolute resistance, after constant imperialist threats, Minister Piñate declared that the country's working class has a plan that has allowed them to adapt and discuss the changes that have occurred in the world of work, due to advances in technology, digital economy, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, Big Data and Robotics, among other issues, which have a significant impact on current work performance.
