Plan Caracas Smile arrived at the Cathedral to serve the people

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Menéndez, set up a camp for the care of the population in the Cathedral parish, as part of the Caracas Smile Plan.

In this regard, he noted that in compliance with the instructions of the president, Nicolás Maduro, a tour of the area was carried out to provide the benefits framed in the 7T Plan.

He also specified that this action seeks to create a more humane Caracas, while indicating that this plan will provide attention in the social area, placing special emphasis on the requests of the people.
