President Maduro receives the Law on Commands for the Integral Defense of the Nation approved by AN

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, received the Board of Directors of the National Assembly (AN), which approved this Tuesday, November 11, the Law on Commands for the Integral Defense of the Nation, aimed at strengthening military preparation for United States threats against Venezuela, through illegal military deployment in the Caribbean under the false pretext of combating drug trafficking.

The delivery of this law was carried out in the Salón Sol del Peru in the Miraflores Palace by the president of the National Parliament, deputy Jorge Rodríguez, to the head of state in his capacity as Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

After being sanctioned hours earlier by the AN, the project is waiting to be enacted by the National Executive, to continue to deepen civic-military doctrine in the country and guarantee peace and sovereignty of the Homeland, in a context of armed and unarmed struggle, to which Venezuela has been subjected, by imperialist actors.
