President Maduro: We are going to build a new State with the strength of the People

From the Humboldt Hotel, where he attended the closing ceremony of the 7T Workshop for Transformative Action, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, dictated the lines for moving forward in the construction of the new State drawn by Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez.

“We are making good progress on a great objective that Commander Chávez proposed to me at the high-level workshop there in April 2004 (...) Reviewing the guidelines and vision and objectives that Commander Chávez set for himself, we have been achieving them,” he pointed out while specifying the importance of this workshop to “ scientifically align the agendas of the national plan and the regional agendas of the 24 states plus the capital Caracas.”

“I think that, with this workshop, with this day of work, we have taken a decisive step in that direction,” he said.

In this regard, he stressed the importance of promoting effective communication between the various instances of the Government and the leadership of the Revolution in order to continue making progress in the constitution of the new State.

“It is very important to align correctly, to communicate profusely, to communicate to our People and to move forward in the transformation of the State, and we are going to transform it with the strength of the PSUV as the governing party of the Bolivarian Revolution, with the strength of the social forces of our organized and mobilized people (...) We are going to build a new state with the strength of the People,” he instructed.
