President of the PSUV closes the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the Red Awning and IV of the JPSUV

This Thursday, February 06, the president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro Moros, led the closing ceremony of the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the Red Awning and IV of the Revolutionary Youth JPSUV.

At the Simón Bolívar Park convention center, Generalissimo Miranda Air Base, the days of debate that began last Tuesday, February 4, were held to collect proposals for the election of the candidates who will participate in the next elections of governors and deputies to the National Assembly.

The electoral holiday will take place on April 27, with the objective of choosing the candidates of the Bolivarian Revolution, who will have the task of highlighting the democratic character of Venezuela.

Representatives of the party's youth also participated in this PSUV Congress, who will act in accordance with the provisions of the rules, statutes, programmatic bases and regulations of the PSUV, given that, above any process, the unity of the revolutionary force that was born with the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez must remain.
