Prevention and security forces in Brión are keeping a watchful eye due to the rains

The Brión Civil Protection and Disaster Management team and members of the Miranda State Fire Department are deployed in areas vulnerable to rainy periods, such as: Las Delicias, Barrio Ajuro, Las Peñitas, Dos Caminos, Dos Caminos, lower part adjacent to the old module, commercial street, Andrés Eloy Blanco Avenue and Democracia Street.

The uniformed personnel monitor and inspect the road sections and the levels of the Caño Leal channels, Quebrada Dos Caminos at the height of the old module, Quebrada el Zancudo, Caño Ganga, Quebrada Aguasal and the Curiepe River, Higuerote section.

In addition, officials from the Secretariat for the Transformation of Human Cities and Services, as well as Public Services of the Mayor's Office of Brión, on instructions from Mayor Olga Pacheco, inspected the drains in the areas of the Caracas bus stop , Palumbo, C.C., Papagayo, Caño Leal near Marbella and Cabo Mall.

They also inspected the hydraulic structures that function as an urban sanitation system located on Terraplén Street, La Pescadería, Plaza Dolores Rivas, Avenida Andrés Eloy Blanco and Marina Caribe.

In this regard, preventive maintenance and sediment removal were carried out in the Dos Caminos ravine and at the mouth of the Curiepe River, with the implementation of backhoe type machinery.
