The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, reaffirmed his country's willingness to engage in negotiation processes aimed at resolving current conflicts. The president emphasized as an essential condition that such dialogues take place without ultimatums, stressing the need for a diplomatic exchange based strictly on mutual respect.

This position responds to the complex scenario that Russia maintains vis-a-vis the United States, marked by growing tensions in the geopolitical sphere. Putin has insisted that any approach must abandon fiscal positions in order to move towards real stability between the two nations.

The conflict in Ukraine remains the central axis of these differences, where the visions of Moscow and Washington remain distant. While the Kremlin seeks to establish security conditions that it considers indispensable, US policies continue to support Kiev, which complicates direct communication channels.

The Russian administration maintains that persistence in international pressure only alienates the possibilities of an agreement. Consequently, President Putin's call to negotiate without ultimatums seeks to redefine the terms of a possible dialogue, even though the current positions of both governments still do not find common ground.
