Resolution issued for the World Festival of the Anti-Fascist International For a New World

This Saturday, during the closing World Festival of the Anti-Fascist International For A New World, more than 2,000 representatives of social movements together with the President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro announced the final resolution.

The document points out the following 12 important points:

• To continue to advance in the organization and consolidation of chapters of the anti-fascist international in each of our countries, regions, continents for the struggles against fascism from our territories to a global platform under the accompaniment of an executive secretariat of the anti-fascist international.

• Creation and start-up of the thought tank of the anti-fascist international. Called the Caracas forum to establish spaces for strategic analysis and anti-fascist practice in every country, region and continent. It is proposed to convene in the first half of 2005 a major global meeting of thought tanks organized by the Executive Secretariat of the Anti-Fascist International.

• Launch next March of the “seedbeds of the new world” training camp, an initiative taken by the youth colleagues who participate in this articulation, this program and initiative aims to train young people from all over the world, leaders committed to building a new world.

• Organizing the global anti-fascist meeting of the religious sector.

• International meeting of political education schools from the global south.

• Develop community initiatives that allow the anti-fascist movement to be rooted in the popular bases that we have in each organization.

• Launch of the popular feminist, anti-fascist international on March 8th.

• They held a world anti-fascist congress of the original peoples of our continents.

• To convene for the year 2025 now the meeting a world meeting of jurists against fascism to establish legal and legislative strategies to confront fascism and its similar expressions.

• Call on the peoples of the world to strengthen the anti-fascist international as an instrument of collective existence.

• Transform the twenty-fifth year into a milestone for moving towards a world of peace, equity and emancipation.

Through political parties, cultural and popular organizations, intellectuals, indigenous peoples, young people, students, workers, parliamentarians, communicators, personalities from more than 125 countries, they took an oath underlining their commitment to the People of Venezuela and to its leader, President Nicolás Maduro.
