Surgical plan will treat 500 mirandinos for cataracts

As part of the actions carried out by the Bolivarian Government to protect the health of the People, a day of the surgical plan for cataracts will be held at the Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) of Urbina, in the Petare parish.

According to information published in the newspaper Último Noticias (ÚN), this day will treat 500 patients, who live in the 21 municipalities of the jurisdiction.

For his part, Pedro Infante pointed out that it is estimated that, in Miranda, about 500 people are treated for this pathology, of whom 100 are inhabitants of the Sucre municipality.

“This plan aims to restore visual health to people, to the people, to our older adults, in this way we continue to develop the Antonio José de Sucre Plan, as President Nicolás Maduro pointed out, less desk and more territory, working side by side and for the people,” said Infante.
