The 50 best Carabobeño students will receive scholarships to study in Russia

The Bolivarian Government will grant 50 scholarships to an equal number of students from the state of Carabobo for their training in Russia.

Since the Expoferia Study Opportunities 2025, the governor of the central entity, Rafael Lacava, announced that by presidential instruction the 50 best averages will be awarded scholarships.

He also took the opportunity to celebrate “the large amount of student offer and study opportunities that exist in our country”.
