The SAIME has issued ID cards to more than 8,000 children in Maturín so far this year

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) issued identification cards to 8,346 children and adolescents in Maturín, Monagas state, so far this year.


This action is part of the work carried out jointly by the Minister of People's Power for Justice and Peace, the Government of Monagas State and the identifying entity to guarantee an efficient, fast and safe service to all users.


So far in 2024, SAIME Maturín has delivered 53,825 documents distributed in 46,691 cards, 6,915 in passports and 219 in extensions. Users recognize the excellent effectiveness and speed of the different procedures carried out at the institution, according to a press release from the Government of Monagas.
