The Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) of the United States (USA) ordered the administration of President Donald Trump to temporarily suspend the deportations of Venezuelan migrants.

The highest court suspended the deportation of Venezuelans in immigration custody this Saturday after lawyers from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) stated that they were at imminent risk of being deported without judicial review previously ordered by judges.

Dozens of migrants are being held at the Bluebonnet Detention Center in Anson, Texas, who would be deported under the Foreign Enemies Act of 1798.

At least 238 Venezuelan citizens are illegally imprisoned in El Salvador, after being deported from the United States under the false accusation of being members of the defunct organization Tren de Aragua.
