A, through an official statement published on Foreign Minister Yván Gil's Telegram channel, Venezuela celebrated the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Republic of Venezuela celebrates 75 with deep pride and joy anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations with the Arab Republic of Egypt; a date on which we ratify the authentic bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between our Peoples.
Durante For more than seven decades, Venezuela and Egypt have built harmonious and uninterrupted bonds of friendship in which both nations have established a mutually beneficial cooperation scheme; historical ties that are deepening every day in favor of building a common destiny full of well-being and progress.
El President Nicolás Maduro Moros conveys his joy at this historic milestone to President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, and reiterates Venezuela's full will to continue promoting an agenda of strategic cooperation, with the realization of the Second Political Consultation Mechanism and the Second Joint Intergovernmental Commission; mechanisms that will promote exchanges and take advantage of shared potentialities in different areas.
Venezuela and Egypt share an inalienable position of principles on the global stage in defense of the just causes of humanity, the norms of international law and the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, such as respect for sovereignty, the right to self-determination and the promotion of constructive dialogue for peace.
