Venezuela to host 1st International Space Congress

The Congress aims to consolidate a space for reflection and articulation for the exploitation of knowledge for the benefit of the population and the international community.

The sector vice-president of Science, Technology, Education and Health, Gabriela Jiménez Ramírez, reported that the 1st International Space Congress A Shared Future will be held in the José Félix Ribas Room of the Teresa Carreño Theater, in Caracas.

Through his Telegram channel, Jiménez specified that the event will include the participation of experts from international organizations related to the space sector. The debates will be in line with the Homeland Plan and its Seven Great Transformations planned for the period 2025-2031.

The initiative brings together researchers and representatives of scientific institutions to exchange views on current challenges and strengthen international cooperation in the use of space technologies for social purposes.

He stressed that the Congress aims to consolidate a space for reflection and articulation for the exploitation of knowledge for the benefit of the population and the international community.
