An agreement with which more than 250 Venezuelan women who return to the country will receive professional technical training, signed the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) and the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland.

The purpose of the agreement is the joint work of the two institutions to evaluate compatriots and, based on their knowledge, to design training programs that allow them to strengthen their capacities and abilities, the main tools for making their way into the country's labor market.

The president of INCES, Wuikelman Ángel, said that those who return with the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland have the opportunity to train, “and yes guarantee their reintegration into the productive field and the development process of the economic model proposed and led by President Nicolás Maduro.”

For her part, the president of the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland, Camilla Fabri Saab, stressed that the signing of the agreement is an important step in the return of Venezuelans.

“We continue to serve each member, guaranteeing not only a safe and decent return, but also giving them this right to training, certification and productive work,” he said.

Among the scope of the agreement are training needs, the accreditation of knowledge, the design of new training programs, the monitoring and evaluation of the results obtained, the care of Venezuelans during the repatriation process and coordination with the different consulates abroad.

Juan Ramos, one of the young people who was kidnapped at the Center for Confining Terrorism (CECOT), said that this agreement represents an opportunity to start over, to have a decent job and to formalize his life in the workplace.

“I am grateful for everything that the Bolivarian Government is doing for me and for all the other parents who are in the same situation as me,” he said.

Ángel Blanco, another of the beneficiaries of the agreement, commented that as the father of one of the migrants, he believes that the alliance between Inces and the Great Mission Back to the Homeland is another mechanism for the reintegration of young people into the country, because it opens up opportunities for training and certification in knowledge that they have carried out outside our borders.

Tibisay Martínez is the mother of a beneficiary of the agreement and being able to have her son close represents a family success. “This agreement is wonderful and I am very proud of all the support they have given to our children. My son has a bachelor's degree in science and wants to enroll in a barbering course at INCES, and I'm sure the process will be much easier now,” she said.
