ARAGUA - SANTIAGO MARIÑO/Cabello: President Maduro has called us to an exercise in collective leadership

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the importance of the Integral Base Bolivarian Committees as a new method of organization and collective leadership.

“President Nicolás Maduro has called us to an exercise of collective leadership to an exercise of collective leadership of equals, as it should always be,” he emphasized.

During the swearing in of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committee (CBBI) of the state of Aragua, held at the Samán de Güere in the Santiago Mariño municipality, he thanked the street bosses who fought countless battles during the siege and aggression of imperialism against the Homeland.

“Brothers and sisters, you played a fundamental role in a phase that required it,” he highlighted while President Maduro's audacity to, in the midst of siege and imperialist aggression, promote this mechanism of organizing the People.

“I said it in La Guaira earlier, the audacity of the brother President in this type of decision to call in full siege, in full attack, in full threats from North American imperialism, to summon the rank and file of the party so that the rank and file of the party make the decision as to what they should be like,” he said.
