At the swearing in of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committee (CBBI) in the state of Aragua, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that there can be no sectors, but the group of Hugo Chávez and the Bolivarian Revolution.
