Balbino Fuenmayor took it twice to guide Caribes' triumph over Tiburones

Balbino Fuenmayor, Omar Alfonzo, Herlis Rodríguez and Diego Infante, stood out in the offensive of their Caribes de Anzoátegui team, which beat Tiburones de La Guaira 12 races by 8.

This Friday of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP) 2025-2026 Caribes, at the Alfonso “Chico” Carrasquel stadium, in Puerto La Cruz, combined 13 hits to score a dozen times for the La Guaira salados.

The best batters for the winners were Balbino Fuenmayor with 5-3, two home runs (6) and a tubey, with 3 runs pushed and two scored, Omar Alfonzo, 4-2, double, with two RBIs and 2 scored, Herlis Rodríguez, 2-1, three tickets, with two RBIs and one scored and Diego Infante, 4-0, with two RBIs; while for the Tiburones they excelled with the madero, Jadher Areinamo of 3-2 and a double with three and one annotated, Alcides Escobar, 4-2, triple, two runs scored and one pushed, and Rafael Marchán 4-1, double, scored and towed.
