Bolivarian Government develops Training Plan on the Bolivarian Revolution

In view of the call made by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro to the Grand National Congress of the Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Historical Bloc of Venezuela for the 21st century, the team of the Venezuelan School of Planning issued the Plan for Mass Formation in Popular Planning “The Historical Project of the Bolivarian Revolution and the Blue Book”.

In a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Planning, it states that 30,190 people participated in the Plan in person and through videoconference.

The sectoral vice-president of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, assured that Bolivarians are “a historic trend for the transformation of a society.”

He explained that the topic “is not to have the traditional vision of a short-term plan or simply efficient management, our topic is the transformation of a Social Historical Formation, our theme is to transform society”.

He stressed the importance of the debate on Commander Hugo Chávez's Blue Book, the Constitution and the Constitutional Law of the Homeland Plan, “the central parameter is the frank and sincere discussion of our people anchored in our historical roots.”

For his part, the president of the Venezuelan School of Planning Foundation, Ricardo Molina, assured that the Historical Project of the Bolivarian Revolution and the Blue Book are current issues in the construction of the new Homeland.

He stressed that the mission of this Plan for Mass Formation in Popular Planning is to advance the construction of the Commune as a governing entity throughout the national territory.
