Bolivarian Government executes maneuvers to restore water service in La Guaira

The Ministry of Popular Power for Water Care reported that in the state of La Guaira, a technical deployment is being maintained on two operational fronts with the objective of advancing the restoration of drinking water service.
In this regard, the Ministry explained that in the Maya-Picure system, ten out of twelve incidents are recorded in the thirty-six-inch pipe and, as a result, heavy machinery is used to access the remaining points and complete the intervention.
He also explained that hydraulic improvements are being carried out at the Mamo pumping station with the installation of new motor and pump equipment and, simultaneously, the assembly of the suction and discharge manifolds will begin to optimize the operation of the system.
The Ministry noted that these maneuvers are being carried out continuously with the purpose of restoring the supply in its entirety and ensuring operational stability in the distribution network.
