Their urban land titles received 330 families from the municipalities of Maracaibo and San Francisco in the state of Zulia, at an event chaired by the Minister of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing, Raúl Paredes, and the governor of the entity, Luis Caldera, in the auditorium of the Institute for the Conservation of the Lake Maracaibo Basin (ICLAM).
The document accredits the beneficiaries of the Great Venezuela Housing Mission (GMVV) as owners of their houses and the land on which it is built.
“It's an act of people, of emotion, social justice, that's why we're celebrating and tomorrow it continues with the delivery of housing, revitalization, visits to Venezuelan Living Assemblies (AVV). The party continues in peace,” Paredes said.
For his part, Governor Caldera stressed that the titles are registered through the Autonomous Registry and Notary Service (SAREN) and reported that the deployments of the National Institute of Urban Lands (INTU) with the Urban Land Committees (CTU) of each of the municipalities to carry out the survey and be able to deliver the titles are being done more and more regularly.
Robinson Guerra, responsible for the Roque Amesty Commune and the CTU of Altos del Sol Amada, third stage, expressed, on behalf of the 330 families, his thanks for the property title, which, in the case of his urban planning, is the first built by Commander Hugo Chávez in Maracaibo.
“It is a benefit for the entire family, who are fighting for this objective, which today is a reality,” said the spokesman for the People's Power.
