The former presidential candidate of the extreme right, Edmundo González, left the country accompanied by his wife, calm and “until happy,” said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.
“He said goodbye calmly, very relaxed. He wanted the plane to take off quickly before this lady (María Corina Machado) arrived with her crazy things,” he stressed, while assuring that González left the country without informing anyone from the opposition.
In this regard, during the usual weekly press conference of the PSUV, he criticized the fact that the right wing continues to deceive its followers with false promises. “They have a marketing to deceive people and raise money to make a few rich,” he said.
