Cabello: More than 235,000 meetings were held for the formation of the CBBI

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Monday that for the formation of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI), a total of 235,722 meetings were held in the streets across the country.

“The result is really to be applauded and today we can say that the report that has arrived from all the states of Venezuela is extraordinary, and what remains are some forms that come from far away, but we have already begun the process of transcribing, evaluating and processing all the information,” he said.

In this regard, during the PSUV press conference, he stressed that now the CBBI are “the fundamental core of the Bolivarian Revolution, which are the foundations of our party, organized, gathered, debating, choosing in an extraordinary exercise of participatory and democratic democracy.”

He highlighted the great participation during these meetings. “It is the people who have accompanied us all these years, who take the floor, are the protagonists and assume the direction of the new era and structure of the PSUV,” he emphasized.

In addition, he reaffirmed that today the PSUV is an example of a revolutionary party in the entire world, stressing that the friends of the Revolution have been watching this process in many countries.
