Cabello on PSUV candidates: We are going to give a shot to whoever is trying to fix a single position

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that the revolutionary forces will implement a comprehensive system to present the proposals of candidates for the legislative and regional elections on November 27.

During the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the PSUV, Cabello stressed that the proposals will be “without discrimination of any kind. The one who wants to be is there, whoever wants to propose, whoever wants to, whatever. It's the first phase, the consultation.”

In this regard, he stressed that within the structures “there can be no confrontation of anything” and warned that no leader should fall into that. “There's a tube here for nowhere. We are going to give a pipe to anyone who is trying to fix a single position,” he emphasized.

He explained that if 20 people arrive on the community list, the collection is done and the most repeated ones are selected for subsequent evaluation of the one that meets the established profile.
