The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that President Nicolás Maduro assigned three tasks to the new structures of the Integral Base Bolivarian Committees (CBBI) that relate to the National Popular Consultation on November 23.

“The whole of Venezuela goes into consultation mode, we are going to organize ourselves, to move our people, so that they go to the National Popular Consultation to exercise their sovereign right, contemplated in the Constitution approved by our people in participatory democracy,” said Cabello Rondón during the press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.

Cabello asserted that in that consultation, more than 36,000 projects are being evaluated and “the People are deciding where they want to go to vote, where it is easiest for them to vote and that's how they have to do it, correct what needs to be corrected,” he said.

He explained that, specifically, the first task is to support the consolidation of all the Community Councils and Community Circuits, and to support with all our strength the fourth National Popular Consultation on November 23, so that it will be a success in all the communities of the country.

As for the second task, he explained that it is to prepare for the comprehensive defense of his street, of his community, with a single slogan, peace! , peace! and peace!. “Let's build our peace, a true peace, a peace with justice,” he insisted.

“The third task is to consolidate the team on the street, dot and circle on each street, numbers of supporters, how many friends and friends we have on the ground, how many families exist to establish a working circle of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committee on every street, a comprehensive job, of knocking on doors, touching hearts, of seeing each other's eyes, face to face, on every street in our country,” he added.
