The first
vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela
(PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reaffirmed that on February 4, 1992,
there was nothing that could stop the military youth from rising up against the
imperialism that governed the country and that had plunged the people into misery.
“That was a day of a special adrenaline rush, there was nothing that could stop us that day, nothing (...), no one asked for us because we rose up against them (imperialism),” Cabello said during his Con El Mazo Dando program No. 514.

In this
regard, he reaffirmed his pride that no international organization such as the Organization
of American States (OAS) called for the release of the soldiers on February 4th
, reiterating that the civic-military rebellion led by Commander
Hugo Chávez rose up against imperialism and its lackeys.
Cabello
took the opportunity to recall the letter he wrote to his mother at
that historic moment when the Fatherland demanded his presence.
“ I love you very much, excuse this concern that I cause you, it's not my intention to hurt you, but my country was demanding my participation, I am a military man and I swore to defend my country first and foremost and I do nothing but do my duty, I fought and will continue to fight for Venezuela,” Cabello read in part of the note he sent to his mother.

He reaffirmed
that about these events everyone has their story, where they were from, what they did,
how they joined the movement, how long they were detained and how much persecution
they had to endure; but he specified that one thing is clear, is that “age is not an excuse
to assume the historical responsibility that the Fatherland demands”, since
they were only young people.
For this reason, he assured that 33 years later, the soldiers who participated in that historic event are still standing in defense of the Homeland. “Today those comrades, at our age, here we are, waiting for them to mess with Venezuela to defend it, at any time,” he said.

Is it any wonder to anyone that Duque and Uribe
participated in a plan against Maduro?
The
revolutionary leader specified that it is not strange that the former leaders of Colombia, Álvaro
Uribe and Iván Duque, are now involved in the failed Operation
Gideon, which would have the purpose of overthrowing President Nicolás Maduro.
“Is it any wonder to anyone that Duque and Uribe participated in that plan? The truth was a plan to assassinate Maduro, in addition to overthrowing him, assassinating him,” he said, referring to the statements of the American mercenary Jordan Goudreau, who was one of those leading the operation.

He recalled
that, later, "Duque participated in the assassination of the
President of Haiti. They were mercenaries,
Colombian paramilitaries hired by Duque and Uribe, because
that is a drug trafficking route. Something was happening there, which prevented
Duque and Uribe's drugs from being able to
get out without any problem.”
He also emphasized that everything related to Operation Gideon was reported from Venezuela. “Here we even put on the billboard an organization chart of those who were involved and the places where they were training in Colombia,” he said, noting that attacks by these sectors against the country continue.

The
extreme right are thieves, rascals who are now uncovered
With regard
to the pot that was uncovered by investigations into the United
States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the amount of money allocated to Non-Governmental Organizations (
NGOs), longliners and political sectors of the extreme right
in Venezuela, Cabello described these leaders as thieves
and rascals.
“You (extreme right) are thieves, you are rascals who are uncovered; you will see how more than one will change their residence because they offered him a better job in another country, they will no longer say that they are persecuted,” he said.

In this
regard, the also sector vice president of Politics, Citizen Security and
Peace revealed that the United States, through the Department of the
Treasury, provided more than 1.8 billion dollars to the sectors of the extreme right for their
operations in the country.
He pointed out
that, in the report, which reflects the amount of money given by the United States to
sectors of the right for its destabilizing plans in Venezuela,
the organization SÚMATE was given money to
operate in El Congo.
“What did SÚMATE have to do in El Congo? It's strange truth (...) investments in agriculture in Venezuela and they have never sown a scrubland (...) in the elections they also gave them money, I have this and also to which political parties they gave money,” he said.

It also
showed a series of collections of resources in dollars that were given to
members of the extremist right, through contributions from the
United States government, for millions of dollars.
“This isn't USAID, this
is the State Department, these tests are at the behest
of whoever wants them. Here in Venezuela we are going to use them,
because that money in theory arrived in Venezuela. It never arrived (...) You
look for this on the State Department page, and it
's gone, they blocked it, they hid them,” he said, noting that there are items of
money granted to “unspecified activities, so what you
want to spend for, well.”
He also mentioned a delivery of resources through the Wilson Center, which were used to pay for logistics and operational manuals for the primary elections of the extremist opposition, “I even have the bills.” In addition, he indicated that there is even money given to other countries such as Colombia and Peru to supposedly help Venezuelans.

He specified that all the characters of the extreme right
are muddy in that delivery of money, even the former US official, James “
Toy ” Story. “Never,
that one is muddy, he is a thief, just like Juan Guaidó, Leopoldo López, Juan
Pablo Guanipa, Tomás Guanipa, Julio Borges, Toledo, (Carlos)
Paparoni, Freddy Guevara, who is quiet,” he said.
In that
context, he mentioned that the investigation carried out by Venezuela is at the
behest of the United States. “For you to see how many people are caught there, if
the FBI is seriously investigating there,
no one is saved there (...) tighten up, gentlemen of the
NGOs, because we are going to search them right down to the small pocket of their pants, the flow went
out, wanderers,” he said.

Here is a collective management, here no one is giving up the country
Diosdado Cabello assured that in Venezuela there is a political and collective
leadership in defense of the Homeland and the interests of
all the people, as Commander Hugo Chávez taught us and
continues by President Nicolás Maduro.
“The country needs to know that there is a political leadership here, that there is a collective leadership, which has nothing individual, but that it is a collective and that here no one is giving up the country or selling the country, no, no; here those who give up the country are others,” he said.

He said
that when President Maduro meets with the political high command he
talks, listens and talks with his entire team. In addition, he highlighted the work of
President Maduro who, in every step he takes, goes hand in hand with the
legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez.
At the same time
, he said that there are times when they start thinking about what Commander
Chávez would do in situations and they always find the answer quickly.
He reaffirmed the importance of maintaining as a single block to deal with all attacks . “We have to be united,” he said.

As long as there is respect, we will talk to anyone.
The
Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also reaffirmed
that Venezuela has no problem establishing talks with any
government as long as they take place within the framework of respect.
“ As far as there is respect, we will be talking to anyone; Fidel always said you talk to whoever you want as long as you know who you are talking to and we know who we are talking to,” Cabello said, referring to the meeting between President Maduro and the envoy of the Donald Trump administration, Richard Grenell.

He also
emphasized that, during the meeting, the Head of State presented his zero agenda to the
American envoy. In addition, he highlighted President
Maduro's experience in the diplomatic field.
“We started
and here we go (...) President Nicolás Maduro has more
experience than all of us combined in that matter, but much more experience,
” he said.
