With reference to relations between Venezuela and Bolivia, after the return of the right to the presidency of the Andean country, this Monday, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that the Government of President Nicolás Maduro ratifies the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace.

“With regard to Bolivia, we don't know why they have a boss. What is true is that here there is a government led by the president elected by all Venezuelans and that president is called Nicolás Maduro Moros,” said Cabello during the weekly press conference of the red awning.

He pointed out that Venezuela does not meddle in Bolivia's internal affairs, since “who won, how they won, that's up to them.” He also emphasized that the Bolivarian Government does not intervene “in what happened in Ecuador, that they presented a proposal to install military bases and the people said no, a problem for the people of Ecuador. Do we applaud it? Of course we applaud it, the less we have in our territory of North American imperialism, these peoples will be freer and healthier, the less threats we will have.”

In reference to the first round of the presidential elections in Chile, he indicated that the results are respected, “without much hope of what can happen, but we respect them. We don't really get in there. We don't meddle at all in the internal affairs of other countries,” he reiterated.
