CORPOELEC optimized electrical service in Apure

With the objective of improving electricity service for 108,000 users, Corporación Eléctrica Nacional S.A (CORPOELEC) carried out the Pica and Poda Plan work in the municipalities of San Fernando, Biruaca and Páez in the state of Apure.
The crews removed vegetation close to the distribution networks in key circuits such as the Government, Hospital, El Amparo I and II, Judicial Boarding School, Sports Center, Tamarindo, Soleos, San Juan de Payara and I Intendency Arauca, ensuring the continuity and reliability of the electricity supply, according to a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy.
In addition, as part of the preventive work, 3.12 hectares were weeded in the internal and external areas of the San Fernando I and II, Gorrín, Achaguas, Mantecal and Guasdualito II substations.
José Sánchez, a resident of the Los Tamarindos community, thanked the CORPOELEC staff for carrying out these necessary tasks to keep the power lines clear and ensure the flow of energy in homes.
