The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, called on the country's producers, and especially those in the Portuguese state, to “protect their vulnerabilities” so that the enemies of Venezuela do not attack our people by attacking the economy.
“We have to go inch by inch, every meter of this territory, of this land, we have to make it productive to shield Venezuela, to become Venezuela's power,” he stressed while highlighting how attempts have been made to use the “guarimbero dollar” to disrupt the work of the country's big producers, peasants and peasants.
In this regard, during the swearing in of the newly elected governor of Portuguesa, Primitivo Cedeño, he called on the producers of this entity to work so that “nothing ties their hands” and they can continue working as a highly productive state.
In the same way, Rodríguez drew attention to the need to fight against terrorism, against corruption, against drug trafficking. On this last issue, he referred to how gangs dedicated to drug trafficking have permeated institutions in countries such as Ecuador.
“That can't happen here in Venezuela. That is an oath of honor before our Liberating Father, Simon Bolivar,” he emphasized.
