Delcy Rodríguez: We inherited from Commander Chávez a virtuous system to protect our people

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of
Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted this Thursday the Plan of the Seven
Transformations (7T) promoted by President Nicolás Maduro, under the
guidelines and legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez.
During his participation in the third day of the
Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV),
Rodríguez pointed out that, with regard to the transformation of protection and
social development, “we are champions because we have invented and reinvented ourselves.”
He said that “we inherited from Commander Chávez an
extraordinary, virtuous system to protect our people and, with the Commander,
President Maduro at the helm consolidated, in a new phase, in the phase of the economic
war, he consolidated this system and there the six great missions of the new generation.”
