Industrias Diana is working at 100% capacity to contribute to the national supply, said the president of this state company, Félix Romero.

According to a press release, Romero assured that Industrias Diana has a qualified workforce to produce excellent quality products, capable of competing in the national and international markets.

In this regard, he reported that the company launched a public consultation to, hand in hand with the working class, advance decision-making to strengthen the industry in various areas.

“With the Popular Public Consultation, it will be the workers themselves who, from their experience and commitment, provide ideas to optimize production processes and build joint solutions. We are the first company in the country to carry out this consultation and our goal is to give more participation to our workforce and to replicate this initiative in the different companies in the country,” Romero said during a general meeting held with the presence of the workers and managers of this industry.
