The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the Closing of the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the Revolutionary Awning and IV of the JPSUV, stressed that this political organization of the Bolivarian Revolution has the methods, the project and the most important thing that is the people.

“I think we have done a great exercise in internal democracy and political responsibility by more than 2,300 assembled colleagues who have taken this decision, which will be mandatory and we will see each other when the date is determined according to the proposal,” he said.
