Diosdado Cabello to mayoral candidates: The campaign has to be on the street

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, instructed all the militants who will run for this political umbrella to be mayors and councilors, to carry out their electoral campaigns in direct contact with the communities.

“The campaigns for the elections next July 27 should be like those that were held for May 25, more street and less platform. Less bureaucracy, more efficiency; less desk, more territory,” said Cabello during the usual weekly press conference of the PSUV.

In the same way, Cabello highlighted that the process of nominating new candidates for the PSUV by the rank and file of the new candidates for the PSUV was a resounding success.

On the other hand, he reiterated the call to the newly elected governors, deputies and members of the legislative councils to govern “hand in hand with the people”.
