The Venezuelan film “Bolivar, the man of difficulties” produced by the Villa del Cine and part of the catalog of the Amazonia Films Distributor, will be screened next Saturday, June 27 at 11:00 in the morning at the Trasnocho Cultural de las Mercedes as part of the fortieth anniversary of the French Film Festival.

Regarding the event, the president of the Villa del Cine Foundation and Amazonia Films, Vladimir Sosa Sarabia, explained that during the special screening, a well-deserved tribute will be paid to the impeccable career of Luis Alberto Lamata as director of this cinematographic work that the film entity successfully produced, a press release requires.

He also mentioned that there will also be a cine-forum that will bring together filmmakers and actors together with the Guadeloupean interpreter Gilbert Laumord, who gave life to the first Haitian president Alexandre Pétion in the film. The festival's general exhibition will screen a total of 26 feature films awarded worldwide from June 18 to July 15 in various theatres around the country.
