First Lady Cilia Flores: With Reyes Reyes it is the swearing in of another brother of Commander Chávez

In taking the position of the governor of the state of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes, the first lady of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Cilia Flores, assured that “this is the swearing in of another brother of Commander Chávez; a brother in life, a brother in struggle the brother (...)”.

He indicated that he felt “joy and great emotion” in Lara (...) We came from over Barinas from the swearing in of Adán Chávez, the blood brother of the eternal commander, Commander Hugo Chávez (...) As much as Commander Reyes Reyes wanted Commander Chávez, they were friends, brothers, comrades, inseparable compatriots.”

In that regard, he stressed that “we were reflecting that if we are happy here in this swearing in, imagine Commander Chávez from where he is - who we know he is seeing us and is listening to us - how happy he must be seeing his brother return today”.
