Grandparents cared for with a day More Years More Love in El Junquito

This Saturday, September 7, in the town of El Junquito, more than 600 older adults were treated for a new day of More Years More Love, as part of the Great Mission of Grandmothers and Grandparents of the Fatherland.

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, was present at the event, which included eight seasons.

Meléndez said that the action “brought health, joy, aesthetics, medicines and a lot of love to the grandmothers and grandparents of this Caracas parish. This is one of the great new generation missions that our president in the protection of grandparents instructed us with these days, which are now in our fourteenth day today, where eight stations are fully serviced. Since we arrived, it has been a spectacular party with our grandparents.”

The mayor also emphasized that “in Caracas all the parishes have been through these days, even the most distant ones. And here we are accompanying our minister every day that takes place in any of the 22 parishes in Caracas.”
