Head of State appointed Julio León Heredia as new Minister for Agriculture

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the activation of Q5 and delivery of resources to the projects elected in the first National Popular Consultation 2025, appointed Julio León Heredia as the new minister of the People's Power for Productive Agriculture and Lands.

“You have everything for this, to configure the concept of regenerative, agroecological and productive agriculture to produce organic food for Venezuelans, the goal has to be zero importation,” urged the president who commissioned León Heredia to recover the concept of multipurpose, regenerative and different-scale conuco.
