Head of State invites you to participate in the popular assemblies on the way to the elections of July 27

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, called on citizens to actively participate in the popular assemblies that are being held today across the country, as part of the process of nominating candidates for the municipal elections on July 27.
Through his Telegram channel, the president highlighted the importance of this community meeting, pointing out that it is an opportunity to strengthen participatory democracy.
“Things are getting good! On July 27, we will have constitutional elections for mayors and municipal councils, and today, June 7, throughout Venezuela , we will have popular assemblies for communities to nominate their candidates. Neighbor, neighbor, PARTICIPATE!” , he said.
The head of state also highlighted that these elections represent the 33rd election in the country's democratic history, reaffirming the Government's commitment to citizen participation and community development.
