LA GUAIRA - VARGAS/Cabello: Popular Consultation is an exercise in democracy that no country does

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, urged the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI) to work as a first task in the National Popular Consultation on November 23.

“Next Sunday there will be a consultation and that should be the first task of these Bolivarian Integral Based Committees that are being sworn in today, to join that consultation, and that our people will exercise their right to vote, and to decide which project they are approving,” he urged at the swearing in of the CBBI in the state of La Guaira.

He pointed out that this is an exercise in democracy that no country in the world does, “they can review wherever they want, because there are countries that are content with holding presidential elections and we already know that they are a fraud, for example Ecuador -to say one-. That's where what North American imperialism says wins, while in Venezuela the people must always win.”

He explained that the PSUV and the Great Patriotic Pole are the fundamental pillars of the organization of our People, which push for the Bolivarian Revolution. “These streets today are the beginning of the strengthening of the structure of popular government in all instances,” he said.
